Buffalo Chex Mix
9 c. Chex (any combo -- we use 1/2 Rice & 1/2 Corn)
2 c. mini pretzels
2 c. goldfish or other cheese crackers
6 T. butter, melted
1 pack dry ranch dressing mix
1-2 tsp. celery seed (NOT celery salt)
2 T. hot sauce (or more to taste)
Pre-heat oven at 250.
In a very large bowl (or in batches) mix Chex, pretzels and crackers. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, dry dressing packet, celery seed and hot sauce. Toss butter mix and dry Chex mix thoroughly. Place in small batches on a large cookie sheet with sides and bake for 10 minutes. Cool on parchment or wax paper, or foil. When batches are completely cool, store in airtight containers.
1/2 c. serving (yeah, like you can eat just 1/2 cup!) is approx. 125 cals.
